Six years ago, we launched AdvisorShare (AS) www.advisorshare.com. Business went from ZERO 6-years ago to $300 million in annuity business and several million in target life sales in 2024.

At the start, we carved out 50% of the IMO to be owned by advisors. Its current value is about $10 million and we believe it will push $50 million before a sale (at which time advisors will get paid).
